Four teams, two coasts, one trophy.

16 Jan

There are four teams left seeking a ticket to the Super Bowl in Indianapolis.

The San Francisco 49ers are coached by “Captain Comeback” and Colts ring of honor member Jim Harbaugh.

The New York Giants quarterback is Eli Manning, brother of Colts quarterback Peyton.

The Baltimore Ravens are coached by John Harbaugh, brother of ex Colts quarterback Jim.

The New England Patriots are the arch rival of the Colts.

All four of these teams want to come to Lucas Oil Stadium but which two?

Would I rather see brother vs. brother in a stadium where the name of Harbaugh is loved or would I rather see the Giants and Peytons brother Eli beat the Patriots in the stadium where the name of Manning is spoken with reverence……

Next week will tell, two NFC teams from cities on opposite coasts with smothering defenses and high power offenses will battle it out on the west coast.  Two AFC teams from cities 400 miles apart one with a deadly defense and the other with a super charged offense will have a donnybrook on the east coast.

It’s the playoffs, the most wonderful time of year.
